ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ College of Education graduate student Nick Wozniak, enrolled in the M.Ed. Counselor Education program, recently won the Emerging Professional Development Leadership Award at the 2019 National Association of Professional Development Schools Conference. The award recognized his work with the creation and implementation of an expressive arts workshop for Richmond Hill High School teachers.

Last week, ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Master of Public Administration (MPA) students Gina Pate, Austin Hinkley and Colin Karnes placed first in the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA)-Batten Global Student Simulation Competition at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ civil engineering graduate student Mariah Peart has been selected by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) as one of 10 New Faces Of Civil Engineering for 2019 — Professional Edition. Engineering professor Gustavo Maldonado, Ph.D., said it’s the first time a ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ student has received this recognition.
Southern Leaders Program wins National Association of Student Personnel Administrators excellence award
ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥â€™s Southern Leaders Program was recently selected as a gold level Excellence Award recipient from the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). The team will be further judged for the designations of grand gold, grand silver and grand bronze.
