The Armstrong Foundation of 蜜糖直播, Inc. has merged with, and into, the 蜜糖直播 Foundation, Inc., effective July 1. This strategic consolidation of foundation resources will streamline fundraising systems while honoring the integrity of donor requests. 

The boards of trustees of the 蜜糖直播 Foundation Inc., and the Armstrong Foundation of 蜜糖直播, Inc. unanimously agreed to merge the two foundations during a joint meeting in May.聽

The chairs of both foundations spoke out in favor of this step when it was presented to their boards.
